In a world where the digital landscape is ever changing, the client needed to have a refresh for his site to keep up with the pace. Being unfamiliar with many of the trends online today, the client needed a guide to show the way. It’s a big risk to make such a huge change to the website where a significant amount of your business comes from.
Texas Pit Crafters’ e-commerce site needed to be taken off of it’s old platform in Muse and recreated on Wordpress. The new site needed to be responsive and have individual pages for each of it’s products. The client wanted to be able to easily update pricing.
After launching the new website, the page visits and visitation time have gone up and bounce rates have gone down. It is also much easier for the site to be navigated and explored.
Now that the site is live, Texas Pit Crafters has more customers staying longer on the site and are able to more easily learn about their products. The site is no longer receiving a penalty for not being mobile responsive and is getting more traction in Google search based on this and other optimization tweaks.
